allindia.travel is a travel portal owned by All India Travel Agency (Madurai) Pvt Ltd. This portal can be used to book domestic and international air tickets, hotels and domestic bus tickets within India.

Payment Options
Visa, Master, American express Card and internet banking payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card or banking information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. Your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.
Transaction Confirmation
You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our office Mon-Fri anytime between 10am-6pm IST.
Air Reservations
Delivery of Tickets

Any air ticket purchased through allindia.travel website will be delivered as an e-ticket. An e-Ticket is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter to claim the e-Ticket.
 
Your e-Ticket details will be sent to your email address provided by you at the time of making the payment for your booking. In case you do not have an email address, the details will be given to you over the phone or you can request a paper ticket to be mailed to your address after calling customer support.

All India Travel Agency Madurai Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable if customers do not comply with this requirement.
Fares and Communication

We request you to kindly re-confirm your Flight schedule and departure times with the respective Airline directly at least 72 hours (3 Days) before departure if International, and 24 hours prior in the case of a domestic flight within India and/or US. Allindia.travel is not responsible for any schedule change by the Airline after issuance of the ticket and will try, but not be obligated to, inform the Customer of the same.
 
These are discounted fares and are subject to certain rules and regulations, airlines may restrict upgrade to any higher class. For any clarifications, please contact the respective airlines. In case you require any further assistance, our travel consultants are available Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm IST and can be reached via phone or email. All tickets have a ticket validity within which the travel has to be finished, and date change on the ticket can be done only as per the validity of ticket. Should you require further details on this, kindly contact our customer service numbers.
 
Kindly re-confirm your seat and other special requests such as Frequent Flyer miles with the Airline directly. For International departures please report at Airport 3 hours prior for Check-In. For Domestic Departures you should arrive at least 2 hours prior departure.
Amendment and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and/or amendment of airline tickets shall at all times are subject to fees/charges/levies/payments as may be levied/payable to the relevant airline/carrier in accordance with such relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy. Prior to booking tickets, you must acquaint yourself with the relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy with respect to the ticket to be booked by you. Any cancellation/amendment fees/charges/levies/payments levied by/payable to the relevant airline shall be applicable to your account.
 
The customer must read individual airline specific terms and conditions in order to find out if the ticket proposed to be booked/purchased is subject to any additional cancellation fee or charge and allindia.travel assumes no liability whatsoever in this regard.
 
Note: Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is mandatory to contact allindia.travel for refunds and the airline will not refund your tickets booked on the website. The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary. In case of lost or damaged tickets, the refund process cannot be initiated with the airline. Refund would be through cheque or demand draft or will be charged back to the credit/debit card used for payment. In case you avail of the website's hotel reservation service and are, thereafter, not contactable on the contact details provided in this regard, then the hotel reservation selected by you will stand cancelled and allindia.travel would not be liable for any charges/expenses incurred by you, either directly or indirectly in this regard.
 
Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using allindia.travel services. Except to the extent stated in the individual airline/carrier terms and conditions or otherwise applicable to specific tickets booked/issued, cancellation fee are payable as follows.
 
Domestic Flights
You can cancel/amend domestic flight bookings online. Log in to My Bookings, select the relevant booking and you can cancel/amend that booking. For online cancellation/amendment, allindia.travel will charge Rs. 250 per person per segment as standard cancellation charges over and above the airline's cancellation charges. To amend/cancel your ticket offline, contact customer support numbers Mon-Fri anytime between 10am-5pm IST and for all offline cancellation of domestic flights a standard charge of Rs. 300 per person per segment, over and above the airline's own cancellation charge will apply.
 
International Flights
For international flight bookings, please call customer support from 10am-5pm IST to cancel or amend the reservation. For all international flight bookings a standard fee of Rs 500 per person would be charged, over and above the airline's own cancellation charge.
 
Refund Options
If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from the cancellation date.
Promotion Codes
allindia.travel generates promotion codes from time to time which may be availed on the site as a discount coupon.
Hotel Reservations
1. Separate terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. Please read these separate terms and conditions carefully. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier's rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

2. Change and cancellation policies vary by hotel and room type. The change and cancellation policy will be presented to you before you book. It will also appear in your booking confirmation email and My Bookings page.

3. Room type will be determined by the hotel based on the number of guests provided at time of booking. All reservations are booked for stays in non-smoking rooms (subject to availability).

4. Hotel room assignments are determined at check-in and upgrades are not available.

5. All hotel rooms will be booked under the same name and the guest under whose name the reservation is made must be present at check-in.

6. Bookings cannot be transferred to another party.

7. Bookings made through allindia.travel are not eligible for hotel reward or club programs.

8. allindia.travel's minimum age requirement for checking into a hotel is 18; upon check-in, guests must present a valid ID and credit card in their name (the amount of available credit required will vary by hotel). Debit cards may not be accepted.

9. allindia.travel rates do not include special fees charged by hotels upon check-out (e.g., energy charges, convention fees, resort fees, parking fees). Customers will be required to pay these fees directly to the hotels at check-out time.
Bus Reservations
1. allindia.travel is ONLY a bus ticket agent. It does not operate bus services of its own. In order to provide a comprehensive choice of bus operators, departure times and prices to customers, it has tied up with many bus operators.

2. allindia.travel's advice to customers is to choose bus operators they are aware of and whose service they are comfortable with.
 
3. allindia.travel's responsibilities include:
a.    Issuing a valid ticket (a ticket that will be accepted by the bus operator) for its? network of bus operators
b.    Providing refund and support in the event of cancellation. Mon-Sat 10am-5pm.
c.    Providing customer support and information in case of any delays / inconvenience
 
4. allindia.travel's responsibilities do NOT include:
a.    The bus operator's bus not departing / reaching on time
b.    The bus operato's employees being rude
c.    The bus operator's bus seats etc not being up to the customer's expectation
d.    The bus operator canceling the trip due to unavoidable reasons
e.    The bus operator changing a customer?s seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady/ child
f.    The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact boarding point if you are not a regular traveler on that particular bus)
g.    The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point.
 
5. The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. However the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket.
 
6. Passengers are required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus:
a.    A copy of the ticket (A print out of the ticket or the print out of the ticket e-mail).
b.    Identity proof (Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card).
c.    Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the bus.
d. Change of bus: In case the bus operator changes the type of bus due to some reason, allindia.travel will refund the differential amount to the customer upon being intimated by the customers in 24 hours of the journey.
 
7. Cancellation Policy: Please note that the cancellation fee and cancellation period may differ from one bus operator to another. Check our booking page where you select seats for any bus operator; the cancellation policy in the link provided here will apply.
 
8. In case one needs the refund to be credited back to his/her bank account, please write your bank account details to admin@allindia.travel. The home delivery charges will not be refunded in the event of ticket cancellation.
 
9. In case a booking confirmation e-mail and sms gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' as long as the ticket shows up on the confirmation/my bookings page of allindia.travel.
 
10. Communication Policy
 
a) By accepting the terms and conditions the customer accepts that allindia.travel may send the alerts to the mobile phone number provided by the customer while registering for the service or to any such number replaced and informed by the customer. The customer acknowledges that the alerts will be received only if the mobile phone is in On mode to receive the SMS. If the mobile phone is in Off mode then the customer may not get / get after delay any alerts sent during such period.
 
b) allindia.travel will make best efforts to provide the service and it shall be deemed that the customer shall have received the information sent from allindia.travel as an alert on the mobile phone number provided during the course of ticket booking and allindia.travel shall not be under any obligation to confirm the authenticity of the person(s) receiving the alert. The customer cannot hold allindia.travel liable for non-availability of the service in any manner whatsoever.
 
c) The customer acknowledges that the SMS service provided by allindia.travel is an additional facility provided for the customer?s convenience and that it may be susceptible to error, omission and/ or inaccuracy. In the event the customer observes any error in the information provided in the alert, allindia.travel shall be immediately informed about the same by the customer and allindia.travel will make best possible efforts to rectify the error as early as possible. The customer shall not hold allindia.travel liable for any loss, damages, claim, expense including legal cost that may be incurred/ suffered by the customer on account of the SMS facility.
 
d) The customer acknowledges that the clarity, readability, accuracy, and promptness of providing the service depend on many factors including the infrastructure, connectivity of the service provider. allindia.travel shall not be responsible for any non-delivery, delayed delivery or distortion of the alert in any way whatsoever.
 
e) The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless allindia.travel and the SMS service provider including its officials from any damages, claims, demands, proceedings, loss, cost, charges and expenses whatsoever including legal charges and attorney fees which allindia.travel and the SMS service provider may at any time incur, sustain, suffer or be put to as a consequence of or arising out of (i) misuse, improper or fraudulent information provided by the customer, (ii) the customer providing incorrect number or providing a number that belongs to that of an unrelated third party, and/or (iii) the customer receiving any message relating to the reservation number, travel itinerary information, booking confirmation, modification to a ticket, cancellation of ticket, change in bus schedule, delay, and/or rescheduling from allindia.travel and/or the SMS service provider.



allindia.travel reserves the right to add, alter, modify, withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the program by any other program, whether similar to this program or not or withdraw it altogether without any prior notice.
 
In case of dispute with any party, allindia.travel's decision will be binding and final.
